Hot Smoked Sausage Pie

Hot Smoked Sausage Pie presented by Holland Inn Bed and Breakfast in Bar Harbor,Maine

1 pound Hot Smoked Sausage or your favorite sausage or breakfast meat,
browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°
Combine all ingredients and pour into lightly greased quiche or pie pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
