| Impossible Ham and Asparagus Pie presented by The Queen - A Victorian Bed and Breakfast |

2 cups cooked ham, cubed 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded 2 cups asparagus pieces 2 green onions, sliced 1 1/2 cups milk 3 eggs 3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix Salt and pepper
Prepare Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle the ham cheese asparagus and onions in the pie plate. Combine the other ingredients in a blender and mix for 15 seconds on high speed or beat for one minute with a hand mixer. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables.
Bake and Serve Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for five minutes before serving.
