A formal ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests for stylish Virginia Hunt Country weddings, corporate retreats, galas and receptions. The reception facility, “The Gilded Fox” features a climate – controlled grand ballroom, seating for up to 200 guests, breath-taking panoramic views of thoroughbreds grazing in pastures, a stone fireplace and a stately flagstone terrace. The garden terrace features a picturesque pond with a white-picket bridge, overlooking a gentle waterfall.

Rates include a full breakfast and are based on double occupancy. Smoking is limited to the open porches and gardens. We cannot accomodate pets. Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice are subject to forfeiture of one night's payment unless rooms can be re-rented. Check-in is from 3:00-5:00 pm daily. If arriving after 5:00 pm please call to arrange late check-in. Check out is 11:00 am. Additional guests are $35 per person per night. A $45 charge will be charged for one night only stays during peak season (April-November). Early or late check-in may be arranged for a $25 per hour surcharge. Room rates are subject to change without notice. Rates shown do not include tax.
