The William Sauntry Mansion is Stillwater's only Bed and Breakfast listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The inn has been fully restored and guests experience modern comforts, combined with the nostalgia of Victorian splendor, for an unforgettable vacation experience - Minnesota lodging at it's finest.

Enter through your own private courtyard, your special personal space for an afternoon glass of wine or to enjoy an intimate breakfast. Fireplace, double whirlpool tub set in marble, antique settee and chairs, and a beautiful four-poster queen bed enhance this spacious room. The bath includes a large marble stall shower as well. An intimate conclusion to your stay, our full gourmet Mansion breakfast is delivered to the Butler's Cottage Suite.

Once living quarters for the Sauntry's Irish maids, Servant's Quarters is a large and very private room in the rear of the house, decorated in plums and greens with a mahogany king bed. The fireplace can be viewed from throughout the room, including from the double whirlpool tub set in one corner.
