Welcome to an elegant Lakefront property tucked away in a tranquil and private setting yet only steps to downtown shopping (antique and otherwise) and great dining. Looking for a little more privacy - we have 2 very private guesthouses for the ultimate northwoods stay. The Hill House Cottage can sleep 4-5 with a full kitchen/laundry area and the Guest House sleeps 2. Both accomodations are favorites for Honeymoons, Anniversaries and Special Occasions. We've even had a wedding here on site! Ask for details. For those looking for activities - Bike/Hike the Bearskin Trail right outside your door with 20+ miles through beautiful woods and over lakes on an old Railroad Line; Boat the 4-Lake Minocqua Chain, Canoe/Kayak the shorelines or sit in the Gazebo or on one of our 4 Dock/Deck spaces - glass of wine, anyone?

You'll find museum quality displays throughout! Spend the night in deluxe comfort in the Hand-hewn Log Bed. Move over to the sitting area and watch TV or a movie in your DVD/VCR from our video library or just sit back, put your feet up and listen to the Stereo.

Or perhaps you wish for something more romantic? - Step into the lace-frilled "Victorian Room" with goose-down pillows, hand made quilts, and a dream mattress. With a corner chaise for reading or relaxing and skylights for wishing on a star, you can retreat from the world.
