The Gilbert Huson House Bed and Breakfast, is Sheboygan County's oldest operating B&B inn. The elegant Victorian inn is perched on a tree-lined street in quaint Plymouth, Wisconsin, and overlooks the forested Huson Park and Downtown Plymouth. Come on in and let us show you around!
Mmmm...what smells so good!

Awaken each morning to fresh coffee and juice served in the main dining room or we can deliver it right to your door. Put on your fluffy robes and slippers and come downstairs and make yourself at home. Read the newspaper, relax, or try the swing on the front enclosed porch. Breakfast is served in our main dining room at a convenient time for you.

Many of our main dishes were popular recipes from the turn-of-the century and we also enjoy serving Amish favorites. A sampling of our main dishes include: Gingerbread Pancakes, Egg and Potato Strata, Cinnamon French Toast, Bread Pudding, or German Apple Pancakes. Side dishes may include: sausage, ham, sautéed apples, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee cake, muffins, sweat breads, or our famous Lemon Cheese Braid - Grand Champion winning recipe at the Sheboygan County Fair!

We cater to special dietary needs including: Atkins diets, dairy allergies and wheat allergies. If you require special meals, please let us know when you make your reservation.

Our bed and breakfast inn has a parlor, dining room and two fireplaces with six well-appointed guest rooms and private baths (three with whirlpool tubs). Whirlpool rooms are supplied with Aveda personal care products, robes, slippers, hair dryers, CD players and are air conditioned.

Kick your feet up in our parlor which is appointed with a fireplace, television, DVD / VCR and player piano. A big hit with our guests! No piano lessons needed, just a good pair of shoes!

Once you've settled in, relax in a hot whirlpool bath or perhaps take a snooze. You are welcome to join us for our evening social hour - complete with wine, refreshments and hors de 'oeuvres.
