A two night minimum stay is requested on weekends. Some holidays require a three night minimum stay. Our accommodations are not suitable for children under age 14. A one night prepaid deposit will be made at the time the reservation is made. A 14 day notice is required for refund of the deposit (less a $20 cancellation fee). December and May Commencement dates require 30 day notice.
