An historic dam built in 1917 by the Southern Railway Company with our own trout-populated lake and waterfall. Our dam powers the 50'-80' spray Andrews Geyser in the valley below. The Long Branch of Mill Creek running along the eastern edge of the inn. Two laurel-covered mountains, Bernard Mountain and Horse Ridge flank our property to the east and west, respectively. Our own orchard with over 170 apple, peach, apricot, and cherry trees. Plenty of room to quietly stroll among blueberry bushes and grape vines. Two forest-fire access trails in the Pisgah National Forest adjacent to the south end of our grounds, perfect for hiking or mountain biking.

Our Lake House has three independent air-conditioned suites and a fully equipped guest kitchen on the driveway side. The kitchen contains a dining table for six and an island bar with seating for four more, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, sink and even a washer/drier.
