All the rooms at the Inn are comfortably appointed with antique furniture from the past, decorated with cozy comforters and quilts for our Vermont evenings. Each room has it's own private bath for your privacy. Delight in our delicious homemade hearty breakfast in the morning to start your day.
We invite you to visit us any time of the year to enjoy year-round recreational activities. Whether you are coming to ski Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, antique shop, attend a wedding or civil union, visit family, participate in the Century Ride, competing in The Green Mountain Stage Race or here to see the world famous spectacular fall foliage, The Waitsfield Inn is your home away from home! There is so much to do here you'll want to stay a few extra days to play. Our Village location allows you to walk to the many shops and restaurants from our front door without having to get back into your car. The local Farmers Market, held across the street every Saturday, May through October, offers a taste of local organically grown farm fresh vegetables as well as "Made in Vermont" products. There is music and entertainment every weekend at the market so relax and enjoy. Leave your car for a while as you stroll through the picturesque Waitsfield Village.
