The Ludington House Bed and Breakfast is decorated in authentically distressed antiques, including photographs of the origianal owners from the Cartier's to the Sniegowski's. This victorian mansion is designed for a comfortable homey atmosphere. The Ludington House features herringbone patterned hardwood floors, gorgeous carved cherry and golden oak woodwork, 12 foot ceilings, fascinating brass light fixtures that were once gas, a walnut spiral staircase to the third floor, an Italian marble fireplace with gold inlaid scrolls, and beautiful stained glass windows. Thick walls provide the quiet necessary for a relaxing romantic bed and breakfast getaway.

Breakfast is the main attraction at The Ludington House Bed and Breakfast. It's a full hearty gourmet brunch that lasts for at least an hour. The menu includes an egg dish, a breakfast bread, 2 other baked items, fruit, juice, and coffee or tea. No menu is ever the same. Many guests will often skip lunch after their incredible breakfast!

Ludington, Michigan, is famous for beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters at the City and State Parks. Each park has a lighthouse. The State Park has hiking, biking, rollerblading and cross-country skiing trails and wildlife. Water sports include charter fishing, river and pier fishing. The Badger Carferry goes to Wisconsin. Antique shops, art galleries and unique gift stores are everywhere. Golfing, canoeing, horseback riding sand dune buggies and airplane rides will keep you entertained. Ludington boasts of several fine-dining restaurants.
