Scrumptious full breakfasts featuring Texas produce add to the friendly ambiance. Seasonally served on the gracious veranda.

"THE FRIENDLY OAKS BED AND BREAKFAST", built in 1915, is located in the historic "Street of Ten Friends" district of Victoria, founded in 1824. The name "Texas" is derived from the native Indian word for "Friendly". Your hosts, Bill and CeeBee, make the ambience of history come alive in the shelter of ancient live oaks.
