The Inn overlooks our eight acre coffee farm in North Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. Located at 2,000 feet on the western slope of Hualalai Mountain in the Kona Coffee Belt, our average temperature is in the mid-70s, year-round. From our covered Lanai (porch), you have an unbelievable view of five miles of Pacific Ocean coastline. Only about ten minutes from Kona International airport and downtown Kona, we offer you three bright and cozy guestrooms with either private or shared baths. We prepare for you great Breakfasts that always include 100% Kona Coffee, fresh tropical fruit and juice. We are fond of Water People and all outdoor adventurers. We most cordially invite you to visit us to be our pampered guests.

Other Amenities ...

We have Three Guest Rooms: Two with Queen size beds, one with two extra long Twin size beds. We can't normally have more than two persons per room, except for a young child (8-13?) who could sleep on the roll-away in the Hahalua room. Our mattresses are of the very best quality, and we have extra pillows of different sizes and firmness. Our two guest Bathrooms have sit-down showers and huge shower heads (please bring your own toiletries). We change linens and towels once a week or on request. Please let us know if you would like extra towels, or pillows or blankets. All rooms have two reading lamps and a variable speed ceiling fan. All those switches are easily reached while lying in bed. On the Lanai, we have a large hammock that gets moved to wherever you want it.
