The Leland House offers ten charming rooms in a lovingly restored two-story brick apartment building built in 1927. Each room is named after an historic figure associated with The Leland House and Durango's early development; the interior decor is accented with photos, antiques, memorabilia, cowboy touches, and framed, written biographies of these important figures. Six of our rooms are actually three-room suites with full kitchens.

Suites offer a separate seating area with sleeper sofa and gas fireplace, divided by a full kitchen complete with dining area into the Bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath.
4 QUEEN STUDIOS
This historic studio has a queen size bed, kitchenette with small dining table, and private bath.
THE PITTMAN SUITE
This very spacious Suite offers two separate bedrooms both with queen size beds and private baths, 2 seating areas with a pull out sofa and gas fireplace, complete with private balcony and full kitchen.
