The French Country Inn is located at the Crawford Airport (99V) on Colorado's Western Slope. The inn caters to non-pilots as well as the flying public. Crawford, a small Western Colorado town, is a neighbor to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, West Elk Wilderness Area, and the Grand Mesa. The Inn offers comfortable accommodations including five, air conditioned guest rooms, several reading areas, a fireplace, two decks, state of the art kitchen and complimentary wireless broadband. A pool/billiards game room is planned for the very near future.
The area has a lot to offer including fishing, hunting, hiking, and other outdoor activities limited only by your imagination. Relaxation is as close as the nearest deck. Don't forget to bring a good book. The decks also offer the best views of sunrise, sunsets and numerous deer that populate our area. * Complimentary gourmet breakfast: Breakfast will always feature an egg dish, breakfast meats, cereals, breads, pastries, waffles, fruit and yogurt. The egg dish will change daily. Breakfast is served between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 am unless other arrangements are made.
* Box lunches are available upon request for an additional fee.
* Complimentary afternoon reception:: Enjoy wine, non-alcoholic drinks, cheese, crackers and seasonal fruit between the hours of 5:00 and 6:00 pm. This is a great time to meet the other guests and your hosts, Debra and Lynn French and Jo Fry.
* Dinners by prior arrangement: Beer and wine are included with dinner. Please discuss your menu choice and special needs when making dinner arrangements.
