The Arbor House Inn, South Fork, Colorado Bed & Breakfast is situated in a beautiful riverside setting with incredible views of the forests, meadows, and cliffs of the San Juan Mountains. Located on three acres with 400 feet of riverfront on the South Fork of the Rio Grande, our guests can experience the sights, sounds, and natural beauty of a peaceful, mountain retreat. After purchasing the property in late 1999, we undertook an extensive two-year renovation and remodeling project. A project like this really never ends, and we continually work to upgrade our rooms and grounds seasonally. We strive to provide each of our guests with unbeatable country bed & breakfast accommodations for a perfect Colorado getaway.
Our goal as innkeepers is to provide our guests a "home away from home." We invite you to enjoy all the comforts and amenities of a fine hotel with the warmth and hospitality of a private home.
