U.S. Highway 41 is just a 3 minute drive and Interstate 75 is about 8 miles from this lovely and restful Bed and Breakfast. It's relaxing atmosphere offers Old Florida at its best. Within a short driving distance are many interesting restaurants, shops and various denominational houses of worship. Other nearby attractions include the Ranger Stadium where major league baseball teams play during their spring training (during the month of March) and the minor league team plays at other times.
Located in the adjoining old city of Punta Gorda, which was established in the 1800s is the famous Fisherman's Village, which has many unique shops and restaurants.

The Coffey House is a two bedroom guest home, separate from the main house and is fully air conditioned. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Both guest rooms are tastefully decorated with lovely items of interest that the Coffeys has collected while they themselves traveled to many areas of the world. The guest house has an enclosed porch with a floor level hot tub.
Huge, old Florida oak trees, many other colorful trees and gracious orchid trees shade the property. A charming in-ground fish pond and an extensive herb garden add to the beauty of the location. Flowing fountains adorn the spacious yard as one approaches the many citrus trees. Native birds are abundant throughout the year. Also in the yard is a large screen enclosed swimming pool.
Coffey House guests can expect both comfortable and unique accommodations. Many public golf courses and municipal tennis facilities are also nearby.
