Relax in one of eight tastefully decorated rooms on the main property or our "Sunrise Suite" located directly on the water and just 1 mile from the Bed and Breakfast. All rooms feature high ceilings with paddle fans, lace curtains, and the most comfortable beds this side of heaven. All rooms are centrally air conditioned and have private baths. Enjoy our beautiful private yard with its ancient 300-400 year Live Oak Trees, butterflies and gardens. Our back veranda is a wonderful setting to meet new or old friends while enjoying a view of the gulf and the peacefulness of our surroundings. Cedar Key is an historic seaport dating back to the mid-1800's. It is the 2nd oldest city in Florida and boasts (2) museums. Enjoy shopping at the several shops and art galleries. Fresh seafood abounds in the many fine resturants just a few minutes walk from the Bed & Breakfast. There are many things to do such as: Kayaking, Fishing, Sailing, Bicycling, Golf Kart Rentals, Birding or just kicking back and relaxing!

Each morning at nine, you'll awake to the aroma of our wonderful homemade breakfasts served with an assortment of juices, breads, gourmet coffee's and teas. Our oven baked "French Toast" and pancakes are served with real maple syrup...Our "Zippy" is quickly becoming one of our most sought after dishes ... (We will gladly share our recipes with you)! Indulge in our complimentary tea and our "Bottomless Cookie Jar" each afternoon and evening. Enjoy nostalgic privacy away from the mainstream of everyday existence on our delightful veranda with it's view of the Gulf...and a spacious back yard canopied by a 400 year old Live Oak tree.

Rates range from (Weekdays - $99-$225) (Weekends - $115 to $225) plus tax per night and includes a full course served breakfast. Rates are subject to change without notice.

We accept, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. The balance is due upon arrival.
Weekends require a 2 night minimum stayover. Please call if there are extenuating circumstances, we may allow for less than the minimum stayover. Special events (Art Festival, Seafood Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years etc) require a 3 night minimum stayover unless arrangements have been made ahead. Check-in time is 3-6 p.m. If arriving later than 6pm please call for arrangements.
Check-out time is 11 a.m. Cancellations: Any deposit taken is refundable (minus a $50.00 service fee) if at least 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) notice is given. Should a cancellation of any portion of your stay be necessary prior to 7 days (14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) of arrival, a $50.00 service fee will be charged. For cancellations with less than 7 days notice (or less than 14 days for stays of 3 nights or greater) the canceling guest will be responsible for the entire stay unless the room can be re-rented.
