The Eaton Centre and the Pantages Theatre are a 10-minute walk away and the City Hall 15. A walk of between 15 to 30 minutes will take you to the underground shopping galleries, the downtown business sector and financial district, the Metro Convention Centre and the Harbourfront Centre where you can enjoy summer festivals, take a cruise on the Lake Ontario, or take the ferry to the Central Island. Most major city attractions are located within walking distance while others are easily reached by subway and 24 hour streetcar. Free parking.

Q: How to make a reservation? A: To confirm a reservation, you may call us at 416 975-3838, or fax us at 416 975-9808, or use our reservation form on our website. We need a one-night deposit on a major credit card from you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or JCB. We need the credit card number, the expiry date, and the cardholder’s full name as it appears on the card. We also need your phone number and the time of arrival. You may also secure your reservation with a certified cheque, money order, or travelers' cheque. It has to be received no later than 15 days prior to your stay. A regular personal cheque is fine too if we can receive it 8 weeks in advance.
* A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required for group bookings, or longer stay special deals.
* We require a minimum of 2-night stay during special events or on most weekends during high season.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full only if notice is given 7 days prior to guests' scheduled arrival date. Short notice will cost you 50% of your one night deposit. If you have to change your arrival to a later date and the change is made within the 7-day period, you may do so without a penalty and without further cancellation privilege. There is a one-night charge for no shows.
