This c.1734 National Historic Register Connecticut bed & breakfast is a colonial charmer in Clinton, Connecticut, a quintessential New England shoreline village steeped in colonial history, beautiful harbors, rivers & beaches. Ideally situated on the picturesque Liberty Green of Clinton, CT, once a militia muster field & Revolutionary War encampment visted by General Washington & Lafayette! We are a short stroll to the quaint village shops, restaurants, old house museums, theater, art galleries, coffeehouses, summer concerts/fairs, farmers market, canoe/kayak rental/launch site, fishing spots, and the beach!

This charming Connecticut bed and breakfast, features 4 elegantly decorated & romantically furnished rooms, each with a Queen canopy bed, 2-person jacuzzi, private bath, sitting area, cable tv, dvd, hi-speed wireless, & breakfast delivered to your room! You may enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room, or on our front porch overlooking the Liberty Green.

Clinton, Connecticut is an antique lover's paradise known for its plentiful antique shops, flea markets & great deals! As well as beautiful beaches, harbors, marinas, nature trails, craft shops, Victorian boutiques, great restaurants, premium outlets, winery, and quintessential New England Main Street & Green lined w/ beautifully restored Colonial & Victorian era homes.

In our parlor you can help yourself anytime to spring water, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, and a cordial. We will gladly assist you with planning your stay and choosing from the abundance of sightseeing and attractions available. We have lots of brochures, maps, guides, restaurant menus and advice for you!

Each room has a double jacuzzi, cable tv, dvd player, hi speed wireless, a Queen or King canopy bed, sitting area; in room massage therapy is offered at $75/hour and wine & truffles may be added to your stay for only $20.

* Weeknight rates are valid for checking in Sunday through Thursday nights; 1 nt stay is fine.
* Two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri. & Sat. or Sat. & Sun.)
* Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends
* Rates go up $20 per night June-Oct wkends.
* Some weeknight holidays may be weekend rate; inquire.
* Rates for suites on 2 night packages/specials are $40 more ($20/nt).
* Check in: anytime before 6pm preferably; late check-ins fine-we will leave you a note; Check out: 11am
* Well-behaved children 10 and over welcome Sunday through Thursday nights only.
* Twin rollaway & cots available; $30 per night cot/rollaway charge.

* $30 extra per person over two.
* NO SMOKING anywwhere inside the inn. Evidence of smoking in the rm will result in a cleaning fee being charged to your credit card. (It usually makes the room un-rentable to the next incoming guest).
* CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. If you must cancel less than two weeks away for ANY reason you will be refunded only for the portion of your stay we are able to rebook. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since we are a small inn, and we count on every reservation, we must schedule arrivals and departures carefully.
