Adair has 200 acres on which you can enjoy snowshoeing (snowshoes available onsite), hiking, cross country skiing and just ambling about. Within an hour are two sets of outlet stores as well as numerous other shopping venues. Within half an hour are 4 major ski areas, numerous golf courses, the White Mountain National Forest and quaint towns to explore.

Weekends require a two night stay with one night deposit. Check in is from 3-8pm and check out is by 11am. We ask for 15 days cancellation notice. If given at least 15 days then your deposit is refunded less a 20 dollar processing fee. If less than 15 days notice is given then your refund is based on our ability to rebook your reservation in its entirety. Other restrictions may apply, call for details. Adair is strictly non-smoking. While Adair cannot accept your pet we can offer suggestions on where your pet can have a nearby vacation as well.
