Our five guest rooms are named and decorated for five of the estates Christopher managed during his career in service. Each has a private bathroom en suite, individually controlled A/C and heating systems, TV/VCR, and wireless Internet capability. Early-bird coffee and tea is available outside your door so you can enjoy a cup first thing in the morning. A full gourmet breakfast awaits in the dining room...or, in warm weather, outside in the rose garden. Enjoy home baked breads or muffins, fresh fruit in season, fresh squeezed orange juice followed by a hot entree such as Banana Stuffed French Toast, Southwest Souffle, or Zucchini Blintzes with a warm cherry sauce.

MINIMUM STAYS: There is a two night minimum stay on weekends between May 15 and June 30, September through October 15, as well as Thanksgiving and New Years Eve; a three night minimum on Memorial Day weekend and all July and August weekends excluding holiday weekends; and a four-night minimum for 4th of July and Labor Day holiday weekends.

DEPOSIT INFO: A deposit of 50% of the total stay is required to hold your room, and must be received within four days of making your reservation. Deposits may be made by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). Deposits by check must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the room. For this reason, we uphold a strict policy: Kindly give us at least 14 days notice of cancellation, and we will refund your deposit less a 10% cancellation fee. Within 14 days of your arrival, you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation and cancellations for any reason within this period will be refunded, less a 10% cancellation fee, ONLY if we are able to re-book the entire reservation.


No-shows, late check-ins & early checkouts are responsible for payment of the entire reservation.

Rates are double occupancy, and include a full breakfast. We will gladly accommodate an additional guest on a pullout twin sofa in “Villefranche” for an additional charge of $40 per night. 9.375% Sales & Hotel Taxes are additional.

Check in is 3 PM to 7 PM. NO EARLY CHECK INS. Please confirm your arrival time 24 hours in advance, so we may welcome you personally. Check out is 11 AM.
