Come up our quiet country lane to West Hill House B&B, an 1850's home just one mile from Sugarbush Resort’s alpine skiing and championship golf course. Close to restaurants, shopping, quaint villages, covered bridges, outdoor recreation. Mountain views, gardens, meadows, ponds and woods all provide a setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy the big, bright sun room, living room and library - all with fireplaces, original art, and antiques. Lots of books, and a great movie library. Relax on our front porch, canopied back deck or garden gazebo. Susan and Peter are happy to help plan day trips to suit your interests. West Hill House is most suitable for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Weddings, elopements civil unions, and other events up to 65 guests can be held in our handsome big red barn. Business retreats are accommodated in the inn for up to 16 participants. All arrangements and catering handled in-house. We are state licensed for the sale of beer and wine. Seasonal and special event packages available for skiing, golf, soaring, Quilt Festival, Arts Festival, Opera Festival and more.

Other Amenities ...

Hearty country breakfasts, afternoon and evening snacks. Dinners by reservation for six or more guests. Eight well appointed twin, queen or king bed guest rooms with gas fireplaces, A/C, cable TV/VCR, telephones with free calling, complimentary DSL/WiFi internet access, down comforters and pillows, thick towels, good reading lights. Private ensuite baths, with whirlpool tub and shower and /or steam shower.
Non-smoking. Two cats in residence. Room rates range from $140 to $225 per night, plus 13% tax. See web site for detailed room rates, photos, availability, secure on-line reservations.

A deposit of $140 per room booked is automatically charged to your credit card when your reservation is finalized. Your deposit may be paid by check by special arrangement.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call, fax or email us at least 21 (twenty-one) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $20 service charge per room booked.
For less than 21 days, we will be pleased to use your deposit to confirm another date for you within 60 days of your original booking but otherwise we regret we can refund your deposit (less the $20 service charge per room booked) only if we can rebook the room(s) to another guest.
A no-show or early departure will be charged the full cost of the reserved rooms.
Final payment will be due on check out and may be made in cash, by personal or travelers check, MC, Visa, Discover or AmEx. We'll confirm by mail or email, your choice.

A few other important items: Daily room rates are based on double occupancy. Add 13% tax. Two day minimum on weekends and for Honeymoon in Paris Suite at all times, three days preferred for holiday weekends with surcharge for 2 days. Add $30 per day for a third person in the room. Allen Suite, Highland Room, Mountain Room, Stetson Suite and Honeymoon in Paris Suite only.
