Resting at an elevation of 4500 feet, Sedona escapes the brutal heat of Phoenix in the summer and the freezing temperatures of Flagstaff in the winter. Skies are sunny most of the year and temperatures are typically moderate.

When you choose your room at Casa Sedona, plan to stay a while. You'll want to enjoy the splendor and majesty of the red rocks for as long as possible. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations affect us very much due to our small size; therefore we do strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Reservation changes or cancellations (including partial cancellations) for any reason must be made 14 days (28 days for stays longer than 3 days or for groups reserving more than 2 rooms) prior to scheduled arrival date and there is a $30 processing fee per room. This includes but is not limited to personal and family illnesses, accidents, etc. We highly recommend Travel Insurance for your entire trip in the event that you are unable to travel. Because you are responsible for the entire reservation, if the cancellation is made less than 14 days (or 28 days if applicable) of arrival date, you will be charged for all the nights reserved, but EVERY effort will be made to re-rent the room nights cancelled. If we are able to re-rent the room, you will be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for.
