Offering excellent privacy, a heated swimming pool and gorgeous scenery, it is perfect for a peaceful break in the countryside or to explore the delights of Tuscany and Umbria. Our 14 meter (46’ x 23’) solar heated swimming pool with sun terraces is set on a small hillside with panoramic views of the valley and the small Tuscan hillside villages nearby.

The area: The main town is Castiglion Fiorentino, a medieval town with Etruscan heritage. From here you can visit Cortona and Arezzo which are about 15 minutes away or, within an hours drive you are able to visit many Tuscan and Umbrian towns such as Florence, Siena, Assisi, the Chianti region, Montepulciano - to name but a few. There is a train station at Castiglion with trains to Rome and Florence.
