Reservation Policies and Payment Information

- We do have a Golden Retriever in residence, and we welcome well-behaved dogs ($25.00 a night). Limited to two dogs at one time at the inn.
- Well-behaved children 12 and older are welcome.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $40.00 per night charge for the each additional person.
- Two-night minimum stay on weekends from Labor Day-late June and from June-November weekdays. Three nights on holidays and weekends from late-June to Labor Day.
- A one-night deposit is required to reserve a room for 1-3 nights, and 50% of total for 4 nights or more.
- If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we do require at least 14 days' (21 days' May-Nov. and Christmas week) notice. With 14 (21) days' advance notice, we will refund your deposit less 10% of the total reservation. If you cancel with less than 14 (21) days' notice, you are responsible for the full value of your reservation. If we are able to rebook your room, we will refund the amount we were able to rebook your room for less the 10% of the full reservation service charge.
