Feather mattresses, air dried sheets, hand sewn quilts. 5 fireplaces, two porches, wide pine floorboards, wavy glass windows, TV, VCR, phone, fridge. Full breakfast! Enjoy the charm and comfort provided by the lodging and daily country fresh breakfasts. It is our intention to continue to provide a place as cozy, accommodating and friendly as it always has been when mom Nichols was welcoming all who came for a visit. Join us for a night, week, or several weeks. Return for the change of seasons which are dramatic in New England.

There are 3 rooms for guest accommodations (2 with private bathrooms). The rate for double occupancy is between $60.00 and $100.00. Rates are subject to change. Please book reservations 3 days prior to stay.

Deposit amount required to guarantee your room is 1/3 due upon reservation. Open all year round. No minimum stay required.

There is a $15 cancellation fee. All of the deposit is returned if cancellation notification is given two weeks prior to the first day of ones stay. Half of the deposit is returned if notification is given up to 7 days before the first day of ones stay. After 7 days, refund of half the deposit is subject to re-rental of the room.
