This beautiful ocean view Bed and Breakfast Inn in Boothbay Harbor reflects a simple elegance throughout and with its many large windows experience lots of fresh sea air and light. The atmosphere is peaceful as we are a bit removed from the center of Boothbay Harbor yet only a seven minute walk to Town and all of the area restaurants,shops and galleries. We are located direcly across the street from the Harbor so you can relax on our wrap-around porch and watch the many boats passing by.

The guest rooms are tastefully furnished with period pieces, mohogany furnishings,queen-size poster beds, sheer drapes, paintings,private baths and fresh flowers. Most rooms have water views and some have terraces. We have one special occasion room frequently used for honeymoons. This spacious water view room offers so much light with its 14 windows and two sets of double french glass doors; one set leading two a stunning bath with double jacuzzi and the other to a private outside balcony with chairs and table.

A full breakfast is offered each morning featuring home baked breads and a specially prepared entree'. Refreshing beverages, cheese and assorted crackers are offered to guests in the late afternoon.

The Atlantic Ark Inn requires a 50% deposit on any reservation. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be recieved by phone 14 days prior to the date of arrival. We have a $20 cancellation fee which applies to any cancellation. We take credit cards,money orders,personal checks and cash for payment.
