Reservations are confirmed when we receive a deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. Should you have to cancel before 14 days of your reservation we will refund your deposit less 10% processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation, your full deposit will be forfeited. Hovever, in either case, we are happy to issue a Raincheck for the full deposit amount, to be used within one year.
