Peaceful Getaway in Central City Colorado! Beautiful historic mountain location on a private estate in the heart of Colorado's old mining and gambling towns. Nurture yourself with a massage at the Blissful Spirit, a unique full service on site Day Spa .Snuggled in amongst the spruce trees, the Guest Quarters was skillfully created in the spirit of the 1880's and commands a magnificent view of the City, the surrounding mountains and old mining areas. Our delightful spacious suites are furnished in Country Victorian and Country Southwest creating an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. Both suites offer the space and privacy of a condominium with the personal touch of a B&B. Deluxe continental breakfast is served to the suites in the evening which includes homemade scones, breads, muffins, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cereals and a full assortment of hot and cold beverages. Ideal for a romantic escape or retreat and perfect for families and friends to share. Our Bonanza Room located in the Homestead constructed in 1878, is appointed with handmade quilts and quaint Victorian decor. A special retreat for the single journeyer. A four minute walk to downtown antique shopping, gambling casinos, museums and the historical opera. Skiing, shopping, ghost towns, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, biking, snow shoeing, mine tours, whatever your pleasure. Our outdoor amenities include spacious areas equipped with hot tub, patio furniture and BBQ grills. Wireless internet, fax and copying services are available on site. Come and enjoy the mountains!

Check-in time is 4:00-7:00 pm; Check-out time is 11:00 am. All guest accommodations and facilities are non-smoking; we have designated outdoor smoking areas. Children welcome. We are unable to accomodate guests' pets. No child care is provided. A deluxe continental breakfast is included with the suite and room rates. All occupancy rates are subject to change.

Reservations

Minimum stay required, May-September, weekends and holidays (2 nights). A first night or 50% deposit (whichever is more) is required to hold the reservation. A deposit on a valid credit card will confirm the reservation immediately and will be charged at the time the reservation is made. Check deposits are accepted providing they are received within one week of the reservation and a minimum of 1 month in advance of the reservation date. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit receipt. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Travelers Checks, in-state checks and cash.

Cancellations

Greater than 14 days notice, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed. If cancellations occur with less than 14 days notice, one night prepaid (the deposit) will be forfeited.
A change in dates with less than 2 weeks notice will result in a $25 administrative fee.
