"The peaceful alternative for your New Orleans area visit." For the perfect getaway in the New Orleans area, Woodridge is located in a serene setting, close to both New Orleans and the Gulf Coast Beaches. Ideal for Romantic getaways, business travelers, as well as for reunions of families and friends. Choose one of our five spacious suites each with a private bath to call home during your visit. Adorned with antiques and plush bedding for your comfort. Unpack and enjoy all the area has to offer! Visit New Orleans, relax on the beach, take in nature. Then come home to your home away from home. Rest in comfort and quiet. Relax on the balcony with a good book and a glass of wine or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Enjoy the beginning of the new day with a cup of coffee on the veranda while listening to the morning bird songs. Then join us for a full gourmet breakfast. Our gourmet breakfast is fit for a King with a delicious selection of fruit, pastries, and biscuits as well as a signature egg and meat dish that is sure to satisfy the palate. Assorted teas, coffee and juice complete the meal. Special attention given to dietary needs, please advise when booking. Woodridge is adjacent to a state wildlife preserve, which is full of plant and animal life. Take a guided swamp tour or rent a canoe or boat and experience Louisiana. There are nature trails, bike trails, birding events, horseback riding and great fishing all within minutes of the B&B.

We have interesting museums, art galleries, wineries, and antique shopping as well as several community theatres to enjoy. If you love golf, enjoy a day at one of the finest semi-private courses in Louisiana. Looking for something to take her breath away! Let us arrange for a sunset sailing cruise on the lake. Then dine at one of the areas great restaurants. Return to your suite to find flowers or champagne or other items which are available to complete the evening.

Woodridge is also available for special occasions. Our lovely gardens provide the perfect spot for your wedding. Woodridge has packages available for intimate weddings, destination weddings and receptions. Our pavilion provides just the right place for your family or old friends reunion. Still have questions? Our suites are exquisitely decorated with antiques and are adorned with all the amenities of home including, queen beds with plush bedding, cable TV, phone and private baths! Our 2 large suites include a seating area with a full size sofa bed and walk-in closet for additional accommodations. The balcony is just a step away from each suite.

For our guests’ convenience, we have a guest refrigerator, microwave, and an email checking station in our common area. Our B&B is also set up for Wireless Internet Connections which is a FREE service. FREE - Off road parking is available.

Grounds are adorned with lush gardens. Relax in the swing or park bench while canopied by over 100 year old registered Live Oaks. Take a step back in time when living was easy, relax and unwind, leaving your cares behind.

A deposit of one night’s room rate is required to confirm your reservation. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or by check, if sent at least 14 days in advance of stay. If you are paying your deposit by credit card, the deposit amount will be charged to your credit card account or to your bank account (debit cards) at the time the reservation is made. The room balance is due upon arrival. During Special Events deposits are due 30 days prior to arrival.
There are no refunds for early departure or changes in arrival unless you notify us 14 days in advance.
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior (Special Events 30 days prior) to reservation for refund of Deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is made in less than 7 days (Special Events 30 days), deposit, minus $10.00 fee, will be refunded only in the event the room is rebooked; otherwise the total charge is forfeited. Special deposit and cancellation procedures apply for groups, reunions and special event bookings.
