Fully restored Victorian in small country village in the Finger Lakes Region. Large rooms with private baths, cable TV/VCR, AC, Fireplaces and sitting areas. Common room with cable TV/VCR/DVD, complimentary beverages, refrigerator and antique slot machine. Located just minutes off of interstate 81 above Binghamton and under an hour from Syracuse, Ithaca. Convenient to Cornell University, Colgate, SUNY Cortland and Binghamton and Syracuse University. Chosen as "Inn of the Week" and recipes requested by Gourmet Magazine insures your stay will meet the toughest critic. Proud members of Empire State B&B Association, Finger Lakes B&B Association and the Cortland Area Innkeepers Association. Inspected and approved. We have two large rooms on the second floor (East and South Rooms) which are large and beautiful with queen beds. An additional smaller room with twin beds is available to make the South Room a two room suite with a maximum of four guests. Our East Room can accommodate a rollaway to a maximum of three guests. On our first floor, we have the North Room with en suite bath and queen bed for a maximum of two guests. We are located on one and a half acres of gardens, ponds and areas for guests to walk, sit and relax.

Our regular cancellation policy is two weeks with a $25 fee per room per night. Within the two weeks, we will attempt to re-rent the room(s) but will charge the card if unable. Some special events have a policy that supercedes our regular one. When this is in effect, guests are informed beforehand.
