Featuring four large well appointed guest rooms each with a queen size bed, central air, fireplace, sitting area and a large modern private bath. Wake up each morning to a full country breakfast served by candlelight in front of the large open hearth fireplace.
A beautiful countryside setting on five acres of land, a certified National Wildlife Backyard Habitat, is home to many species birds and wildlife. The original picturesque stone walls still divides the property into fields, marsh, and gardens that beckon you to stroll, bird watch or just relax in the hammock under the pine trees or the swing on the covered porch. The Lower Farm is a perfect respite in the hearth of away from it all.
Close to all the area attractions including Mystic Seaport, Mystic Marinelife Aquarium, Mashantucket Pequot Indian Museum, Historic Stoington Village, Clyde's Cider Mill, Jonathan Edwards Winery, Stonington Vinyard, Connecticut College, United States Coast Guard Academy,and Foxwoods and the Mohegan Sun Casinos.

Reservation Policy
Your reservation is confirmed with your credit card. You are welcome to check anytime after 2PM. Should you arrive early, we will be glad to hold your luggage and inform you about the area attractions. Check-out time is 11AM.
A credit card imprint is required at check-in and the balance is due upon check-out. The balance may also be settled with cash or travelers cheques.

Cancellation Policy
All Cancellations may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
A full refund, excluding the cancellation fee, is available upon cancellation seven or more days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations made less than seven days in advance of the date of the arrival will be charged 50% of the cost of the full stay.
Full cost of the stay will be charged for cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows, and for early departures.
