We have a 2 week cancellation policy. A credit card or deposit is required to hold reservations. $20. plus tax re-booking charge on all cancellations. 2 night minimum stay required on weekends. Some holiday and special events require a 3 night minimum stay. All Cottages are non-smoking. Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas.
