50% deposit confirms & guarantees your reservation. Balance due upon arrival.The deposit will be applied to the last night's lodging. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge. If notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days before arrival date, or if you inform us less than 15 days in advance that you must end your stay early, you will forfeit your deposit. A Full refund (less service charge) will be given if notice is given 15 days or more prior to your scheduled stay. Full rate is charged for no-shows, arrivals after reservation date or early departures when no notice is given.
